Progression is a critical element in the design of educational programmes. A strong career path depends on professional development opportunities. TTT has therefore designed and integrated a progression pathway for teacher certification through UK’s AoR QTS for teachers who meet entry requirements, have met all the assessment criteria for TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) (120 credits), regulated by Ofqual, and have demonstrated capacity to implement expectations of the minimum core in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning – in line with Teachers’ Standards and guidelines set by the Teaching Regulations Agency.
Specifically for the United States, TTT has also identified a progression pathway for alternative certification including the American Board International Teaching Certification, with support and guidance for enrolment and arrangements for subject area exam and Professional Knowledge Teaching exam (PTK exam) – with Pearson VUE. These are subject to meeting set conditions. Other progression pathways include MA in Teaching, MEd and postgraduate educational leadership programmes.
